I CHOSE TO BE MARKETING COORDINATOR BECAUSE:
I like writing, meeting new people to partner with on proposals, and the design of large documents.
I AM MOST PROUD OF:
My work on the Centenary Stitches project, in which I knit three garments from 100-year old patterns.
I HAVE HAD GREAT FORTUNE IN MY LIFE TO:
Travel several times to the U.K. My husband and I have friends there, and we love being able to explore new places.
IF I COULD MEET ANYONE, LIVING OR DEAD, I WOULD MEET:
Jane Austen. Everything I’ve read about her indicates she was intelligent and had a wicked sense of humor.
IF I HIT THE LOTTERY I WOULD:
Likely pass out. Ideally, I’d find a way to provide secure housing and services (including job training) for people who have lost their homes and jobs due to the economic down-turn.
MY FIRST JOB WAS:
Housework (for my monthly allowance). I’m still not very good at it.
THE BEST PART ABOUT MY JOB AT CLH ARCHITECTS IS:
Getting to interact with people on a regular basis. Whether it’s at a trade show or working on a proposal, I’m often talking with people on the phone, in person, or via email.
